Shawn Reed has been a consistent creative force in the Iowa/midwest music and art scene for over 20 years at this point. First starting out playing in punk and hardcore bands, then moving to a more experimental/psychedelic footing both visually and sonically while running Night People records and playing in synth heavy bands such as Wet Hair and Raccoo-oo-oon and now pushing his creativity in a more dub/electronic style with his new project Feel Free Hi-Fi and new label Digital Sting, Dan and Erik spoke to Shawn via Skype about these things and much more. Dan and Erik also briefly discuss the weather, starting an Iowa "beefcast" and an upcoming movie about The Smiths.
